Common questions
How do I enable session alerts in the seize app?
Open the Sessions tab and tap the cog in the header. Choose which sessions notify you (Tokyo, London, New York, Asia) and how far in advance — 0, 5, or 15 minutes. Preferences are set per session.
Does the seize app collect my data?
No. The app is on-device only. There is no account, no backend, no analytics, and no third-party tracking. Everything you log stays on your device.
What devices does the seize app support?
iPhone running a current version of iOS. The app is built for iPhone; it runs on iPad in compatibility mode.
